Hello Mamas! I am Val Rodgers, a registered nurse with Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU experience. I am a mom to 3 little ones under the age of 4. Becoming a mom has been the hardest and most rewarding thing I have done in my life so far. Working with new moms in the hospital, I have found there isn’t enough time to provide adequate education and support during your hospital stay. As a mom myself, I have learned it is important to be educated and supported throughout the journey of motherhood. Ever since I was a little girl my career goal was to work with infants and parents. Becoming a mama coach will allow me to provide more individual and personal support to new mammas in their homes or virtually. It takes a village to raise our children and I am excited to become a small part of that village!
